I must admit that when I hung this work by Lou Blitz on the wall, I was sure of the contemporary effect, but I wondered if the "sensual" side would not be too much of a shock to my visitors. Indeed they were a little disconcerted, but I must say that they easily expressed themselves on the beauty and the strength of the painting. I am thinking of buying another work for another large room in the house, I am absolutely delighted with this painting which I asked for in a very large format. The vigour of the colours is an artistic joy without equal.

The quality of the colours is quite amazing. I don't really know how the printing is done on thick granulated museum paper or with which ink pigments, but the rendering is quite exceptional. I've never seen such vigour in the colours of a painting.

My wife chose the painting, and she took care of the framing. With her taste she matched one colour of the frame with the dominant colour of the painting and I am impressed. I expected a great success from our friends, and I was not wrong! Everyone is sensitive to our work, which is both contemporary and narrative.

I have to say that the Lou Blitz piece I hung in our living room is so different from anything we used to see on a regular basis everywhere that it was a big hit with my friends. I think I'm going to make some fanatics!
